【摘要】 目的 探讨彩色多普勒超声监测甲状腺功能亢进症(甲亢)孕妇胎儿心脏结构变化的价值。方法 120例进行甲亢治疗的孕妇， 分别利用彩色多普勒超声和B超对孕妇胎儿心脏结构变化进行检测。记录两种检测方法胎儿的心脏在收缩期和舒张期的周长和面积。结果 彩色多普勒超声检查胎儿的心脏在收缩期和舒张期周长和面积变化均较B超检查明显， 差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 相对普通的B超而言， 彩色多普勒超声对甲亢孕妇胎儿心脏的结构变化有更好的诊断价值， 可以在临床上进行推广。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the value color Doppler ultrasound for monitoring of fetal cardiac structure in pregnant woman with hyperthyroidism. Methods There were 120 pregnant women with hyperthyroidism， and they received color Doppler ultrasound and B ultrasound respectively for detection of fetal cardiac structure.
