【摘要】 目的 观察苯海拉明联合长春西汀治疗急性眩晕症的临床效果。方法 90例急性眩晕症患者， 随机分为对照组和治疗组， 各45例， 对照组单用长春西汀治疗， 治疗组给予苯海拉明联合长春西汀治疗， 比较两组临床疗效。结果 对照组治疗总有效率68.9%明显低于治疗组88.8%， 组间对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 两药联合治疗能在短时间内明显缓解眩晕症状， 效果显著。
