【摘要】 目的 探讨老年肺结核的临床疗效。方法 回顾性分析66例老年人肺结核的临床资料。结果 治愈46例， 好转13例， 无效3例， 死亡4例， 总有效率为89.39%。结论 老年肺结核病情复杂， 合并症多、临床症状均不典型， 易造成误诊、漏诊， 在治疗上应重视患者治疗方案的个体化， 采取综合治疗措施， 及时根据药敏调整方案。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of senile tuberculosis. Methods Clinical data of 66 senile tuberculosis patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results There were 46 cured cases， 13 improved cases， 3 ineffective cases， and 4 death cases. The total effective rate was 89.39%.
