【摘要】 目的 总结乳腺癌改良根治术后皮下积液的防治及拔除引流管后出现积液的处理体会。方法 回顾性分析74例行乳腺癌改良根治术引流管拔除后出现皮下积液患者的处理方法。结果 74例均行改良根治术， 其中57例只清扫第1、2组淋巴结， 17例清扫至第3组淋巴结。引流管留置7～12 d， 平均留置10 d。首日积液≤15 ml的患者经处理后5～9 d愈合， 平均6 d愈合；首日积液>15 ml的患者， 经处理后6～11 d愈合， 平均9 d愈合。结论 皮下积液的原因是多方面的， 患者情况各异， 因而防治应有针对性， 积液的早期发现， 早期处理， 通常愈合较快。
