【摘要】 目的 研究淋巴细胞免疫治疗复发性流产患者的临床效果。方法 100例复发性流产患者， 按照患者意愿所选择的治疗方式将其分为免疫治疗组和安胎治疗组， 免疫治疗组(57例)注射淋巴细胞免疫治疗， 安胎治疗组(43例)采用注射黄体酮治疗， 对比两组的妊娠结局， 治疗有效率和不良反应。结果 免疫治疗组治疗成功率为82.56%， 明显高于安胎治疗组的20.93%， 差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；安胎治疗组不良反应发生率为2%， 免疫治疗组不良反应发生率为4%， 差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 淋巴细胞免疫治疗复发性流产的有效率高， 不良反应较低， 是一种安全有效的治疗方式。
