【摘要】 目的 探讨了解妊娠高血压综合征(PIH)与血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcys)水平的关系。方法 85例妊娠高血压综合征患者作为PIH组， 85例妇产科体检中心体检者作为对照组。对两组被检者空腹抽血检测其血清Hcys水平。结果 PIH组Hcys值为(16.2±6.2)μmol/L， 对照组Hcys值为(12.2±3.5)μmol/L， 两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 妊娠高血压综合征患者Hcys水平较正常体检者升高， 其升高可能与妊娠高血压综合征的发生有关。
