血清同型半胱氨酸与胱蛋白酶抑制剂C在老年高血压患者中的检测意义(1)
【摘要】 目的 分析老年高血压患者血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)与胱蛋白酶抑制剂C(Cyst C)检测水平的临床意义。方法 70例老年高血压患者作为观察组， 75例健康体检者作为对照组， 比较两组研究对象的Hcy、Cyst C表达水平。结果 观察组Hcy、Cyst C水平均高于对照组， 差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Hcy、Cyst C水平可作为诊断老年高血压的标准之一， 且高Cyst C水平可作为早期肾损害的指标之一。
