【摘要】 目的 探讨低颅压综合征的临床特点、诊断及治疗经验。方法 回顾性分析11例低颅压综合征患者的临床资料。结果 11例低颅压综合征患者经补液及激素治疗后均痊愈出院。结论 低颅压综合征临床表现多样， 体位性头痛是其主要的临床特点， 腰椎穿刺及头部MRI检查具有诊断价值。
