【摘要】 目的 结合实际临床工作， 分析影响剖宫产率的因素， 为降低临床剖宫产率提供有效的干预对策。方法 通过分析2008～2012年在本院分娩的12483例产妇的临床资料， 深入探究影响剖宫产率的因素。结果 5年来总剖宫产率为36.23%， 逐年上升；剖宫产主要指征依次为：社会因素、头盆不称、瘢痕子宫等。结论 做好宣教及孕期产检， 正确处理产程， 提高助产技术， 严格把握剖宫产指征， 均能有效降低剖宫产率。
