【摘要】 目的 探究CT检查在肺内孤立性小结节(SPN)中的临床诊断价值。方法 回顾性分析68例肺内孤立性小结节患者的CT检查资料。结果 恶性肿瘤41例， 良性肿瘤27例；在肿瘤的CT表现上， 恶性肿瘤的分叶、毛刺征、空洞、边缘清楚等表现的发生率明显高于良性肿瘤， 良性肿瘤的钙化发生率明显高于恶性肿瘤， 差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在SPN诊断中运用CT检查能提高临床确诊率， 减少误诊， 具有重要临床价值。
