【摘要】 目的 总结微创介入治疗腰椎间盘突出症的护理经验。方法 分析220例微创介入治疗腰间盘突出症患者术前、术中、术后的护理方法。结果 220例患者接受了微创介入治疗， 优良率为98.2%， 住院时间3～10 d， 对治疗和护理的满意度为100%， 无任何并发症。结论 科学的护理保证了治疗、康复的效果， 消除了患者的恐惧， 促进了医患关系的和谐。

    【Abstract】 Objective To summarize nursing experience of minimally invasive treatment for protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc. Methods Analysis was made on preoperative， intraoperative and postoperative nursing methods in 220 cases of minimally invasive treatment for protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc.
