【摘要】 目的 探讨经胃镜放置鼻空肠营养管建立肠内营养支持治疗方法及其效果。方法 16例患者经胃镜直接放置或经鼻胃镜放置空肠营养管至空肠， 建立肠内营养， 观察置管效果。结果 16例患者全部置管成功。结论 经胃镜放置空肠营养管是建立肠内营养的一种安全、有效的方法， 值得推广。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate method and effect of nasal jejunum nutrient canal placement through gastroscope for enteral nutrition support.
