【摘要】 目的 对脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)检测在脑干梗死诊断中的应用价值进行分析探讨。方法 30例脑干梗死患者作为观察组， 对其分别进行头颅CT或核磁共振(MRI)及BAEP检查， 对比3种检查方法检测阳性率。以30例健康志愿者作为对照组， 对比两组研究对象的BAEP检测结果。结果 BAEP检测阳性率为83.33%， MRI检测阳性率为56.67%， CT检测阳性率为46.67%， BAEP检测阳性率明显高于MRI及CT， 差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者Ⅲ波及Ⅴ波潜伏期(PL)， Ⅰ～Ⅲ波及Ⅲ～Ⅴ波峰间潜伏期(IPL)延长同对照组比较， 差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对脑干梗死患者采用BAEP检查敏感性较高， 可为该病的早期诊断提供依据。

    【Abstract】 Objective To analyze and investigate application value of brain stem auditory evoked potential machine (BAEP) in diagnosis of brain stem infarction. Methods There were 30 patients with brain stem infarction as observation group. They received head CT or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and BAEP for examination.
