【摘要】 目的 探讨浅表性膀胱癌患者术后生活质量， 并分析其影响因素。方法 对97例浅表性膀胱癌患者进行问卷调查， 并比较不同的社会人口学因素对其生活质量的影响。结果 浅表性膀胱癌患者术后生活质量下降明显， 年龄>70岁、低文化、低收入的患者生活质量较差， 差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)， 而性别对生活质量无明显影响。结论 浅表性膀胱癌患者术后生活质量降低， 年龄、文化程度、收入状况是影响生活质量的重要因素。该研究为临床治疗决策、医疗资源分配和患者的健康教育提供一定的依据。
