【摘要】 本院开展小容量肺泡灌洗术有11年， 近年来实施临床护理路径(CNP)后， 发现行小容量肺泡灌洗术后患者咳嗽、发热、并发症等均比未实施CNP前明显减少， 住院费用也明显下降， 给患者和护理工作带来了明显的切身利益和社会效益。
