【摘要】 目的 对非肠道头孢菌素临床药理作用进行探究。方法 210株腹泻患者菌株， 对其大便进行标本培养， 致病菌通过生化以及血清进行鉴定。结果 通过检查， 氨苄西林以及复方新诺明具有较高的耐药率， 分别为94.29%、84.76%。结论 由耐三代头孢菌素所产生的肠道病原菌上升速度较快， 应予以相应的重视， 并增强预防。
