【摘要】 目的 探讨手术治疗跟骨粉碎性骨折的手术方法及治疗效果。方法 76例各种类型跟骨粉碎性骨折患者， 均行骨折切开复位钛板内固定治疗， 术后进行临床评定， 并随访4～24个月， 观察其效果。结果 76例患者， 骨折均一期愈合， 按Maryland评分标准评价手术效果， 优51例， 占67.11%， 良21例， 占27.63%， 可4例， 占5.26%， 优良率为94.74%。结论 可塑性钛板内固定治疗严重的跟骨骨折能取得满意的疗效。
