【摘要】 目的 探讨预防性口服小剂量维生素D对于小囟门儿童头围及智能发育的影响作用。方法 128例体检儿童， 按囟门大小分为小囟门组和正常对照组， 各64例。所有儿童均给予小剂量维生素D预防性口服， 在3、18个月时分别测定头围值、丹佛智能测评(DDST)。结果 两组儿童18个月时头围均明显大于3个月时头围(t=19.228、18.384， P<0.05)；两组儿童3、18个月时丹佛智能测试结果比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 预防性小剂量补充维生素D可促进婴幼儿小囟门儿童头围生长， 且不影响智能发育。
