【摘要】 目的 探讨腹腔镜粘连松解术治疗粘连性肠梗阻的临床疗效。方法 90例粘连性肠梗阻患者， 随机分为对照组和观察组， 各45例。对照组选择传统开腹治疗， 观察组采用腹腔镜粘连松解术治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果 观察组患者手术时间、术中出血量、下床时间以及住院时间均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 腹腔镜粘连松解术治疗粘连性肠梗阻患者具有较好的疗效， 适合推广应用。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate clinical effect by laparoscopic adhesiolysis in the treatment of adhesive intestinal obstruction.
