【摘要】 目的 探讨酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测与甲苯胺红不加热血清试验(TRUST)在梅毒检验中应用对比情况。方法 500例梅毒标本， 均采用ELISA与TRUST检测， 比较检测结果。结果 ELISA血清阳性率高于TRUST(P<0.05)， ELISA检测结果的敏感性、特异性、阴性预测值、阳性预测值均高于TRUST(P<0.05)。结论 ELISA梅毒准确性较高， 适用于大批量样本筛查。
