【摘要】 目的 探讨气管插管在抢救急性酒精中毒呕吐窒息患者中的应用价值。方法 回顾性分析本院抢救的25例急性酒精中毒呕吐窒息患者， 分析应用气管插管的临床效果。结果 25例患者中3例院前急救患者被发现时间过晚， 呼吸心跳已停止， 经心肺复苏未成功；其余22例患者均在使用气管插管后自主呼吸恢复， 血氧饱和度上升， 无呕吐窒息再发生， 均痊愈出院。结论 气管插管效果确切， 可避免窒息再发生。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate application value of tracheal intubation in rescuing acute alcoholism vomiting asphyxia patients.
