【摘要】 目的 研究新生儿颅脑病变的CT影像学特征， 并总结其临床表现。方法 45例颅脑病变新生儿， 先后进行颅脑彩超、颅脑CT检查， 对比不同影像学特征并分析CT检查新生儿颅脑病变的结果。结果 CT检查诊断新生儿颅脑病变的准确率为95.56%， 与病理学诊断金标准比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 应用CT诊断新生儿颅脑病变的准确性高， 出现误诊或漏诊的几率小， 安全可靠， 具有临床推广应用意义与价值。
