【摘要】 通过对7例复方甘草酸苷致假性醛固酮增多症患者的观察分析， 了解到低血钾是假性醛固酮增多症的主要表现。在临床使用复方甘草酸苷时， 采取积极的干预措施能有效避免假性醛固酮增多症不良反应的发生。

    【Abstract】 Observation and analysis of 7 patients with compound glycyrrhizin-induced pseudohyperal-dosteronism indicate hypokalemia as the main manifestation of pseudohyperaldosteronism. Implement of active prevention measures in clinical application of compound glycyrrhizin can effectively avoid adverse reactions of pseudohyperaldosteronism.
