【摘要】 目的 探讨脂肪分解和仿生物电刺激治疗对超重和肥胖的多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者血清学指标的影响。方法 81例体质量指数(BMI)≥23 kg/m2的PCOS患者， 按患者意愿分为观察组(57例)和对照组(24例)。观察组给予脂肪分解和仿生物电刺激治疗， 对照组仅宣教进行生活方式干预。观察两组各血清学指标的差异。结果 观察组治疗后空腹血糖(FPG)和空腹胰岛素(FIN)水平较治疗前降低(P<0.05)。对照组治疗前后各指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 脂肪分解和仿生物电刺激治疗可降低超重和肥胖的PCOS患者血清FPG和FIN水平。
