【摘要】 目的 探讨晚期妊娠合并羊水过少胎心监测对降低围生儿死亡率的意义。方法 86例

    晚期妊娠合并羊水过少产妇， 对其进行胎心监测， 分析胎心监测结果与妊娠结局之间的关系。结果 随波形分类级别增加， 羊水粪染、分娩方式、新生儿阿氏评分相比， 差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)， 无围生儿死亡情况发生。结论 对晚期妊娠合并羊水过少行胎心监测能有效发现围生儿宫内情况， 以便尽早采取相应措施， 降低围生儿死亡率。
