【摘要】 目的 了解胰腺癌患者进行手术后腹部感染的CT诊断和鉴别情况， 分析诊断表现和特点， 提高CT诊断的准确率。方法 80例胰腺癌患者， 回顾性分析其CT诊断结果。结果 80例患者中CT诊断32例为腹部机遇性感染， 12例为肠梗阻， 14例为腹腔脓肿， 6例为化脓性腹腔炎。3例漏诊(2例肠梗阻、1例腹腔脓肿)， 2例误诊为化脓性腹腔炎。结论 胰腺癌患者术后CT诊断对腹部感染的早期确认具有十分重要的临床价值。
