【摘要】 目的 探讨中医辨证分型治疗便秘型肠易激综合征临床疗效。方法 80例便秘型肠易激综合征患者， 随机分为治疗组和对照组， 各40例。治疗组给予中医辨证分型治疗， 对照组给予莫沙必利胶囊治疗， 观察两组临床治疗效果。结果 治疗组的临床治疗总有效率为95.0%明显高于对照组的70.00%， 差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 中医辨证分型治疗便秘型肠易激综合征疗效显著， 值得临床借鉴。
