【摘要】 目的 探讨清咽喉合剂的不同使用方法， 增加药物使用的合理性。方法 173例急慢性咽喉炎、扁桃体炎患者， 使用清咽喉合剂治疗并自行按照说明书用药的为对照组(82例)， 使用清咽喉合剂治疗并在药师交代下注意小量多次含服的为治疗组(91例)。观察治疗效果。结果 治疗组24 h有效率为71.4%、48 h有效率为80.2%、72 h有效率为86.8%， 均高于对照组的56.1%、67.1%、70.7%， 差异均具有统计学意义 (P<0.05)。结论 使用清咽喉合剂用于急慢性咽喉炎、扁桃体炎采取小量多次含服的效果更佳。
