【摘要】 目的 探讨康派特医用胶在肝脏穿刺活检中的应用方法及其效果。方法 回顾性分析37例肝脏占位待确诊的患者， 在超声引导下进行穿刺活检， 活检后以康派特医用胶封闭穿刺道。观察应用效果。结果 37例患者均成功进行了穿刺活检， 穿刺成功率为100%， 其中肝细胞癌23例， 胆管细胞癌7例， 转移癌5例， 肝硬化结节2例。所有患者均未出现出血。结论 康派特医用胶用于肝脏穿刺活检后封闭穿刺道是安全有效的。
