【摘要】 利用静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)平台、专业数据库及药品说明书对用药医嘱进行合理性分析， 总结不合理用药情况。通过药师定期分析、总结典型处方， 建立合理用药规范， 以促进临床合理用药， 保障患者输液安全。

    【Abstract】 Rationality analysis of medication orders， along with summary of irrational drug use， was made through pharmacy intravenous admixture service (PIVAS)， specialized database， and medicine specification. Promotion of clinical rational drug use and guarantee of safe transfusion in patients were made through regular analysis and summarization on prescriptions by pharmacists and establishment of rational drug use specification.
