【摘要】 目的 研究中性粒细胞淋巴细胞比值(NLR)在溃疡性结肠炎(UC)诊断及疾病活动度监测中的价值。方法 121例溃疡性结肠炎患者作为病例组， 122例年龄及性别匹配的健康受试者作为对照组。病例组患者根据改良的Mayo评分系统分为活动组(59例)和缓解组(62例)。检测各组血常规， 比较各组NLR、中性粒细胞(N)、淋巴细胞(L)计数。结果 活动组外周血NLR、N计数均明显高于缓解组、对照组；L计数低于缓解组、对照组(P<0.05)。构建ROC曲线， AUC及95%CI分别为0.801(0.722～0.880)， cutoff值取2.68提示UC活动时， 敏感性为74.1%， 特异性为72.9%。结论 NLR可作为临床诊断UC及判断疾病活动有价值的指标。
