苦参胶囊联合爱宁达软膏治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎的疗效观察(1)
【摘要】 目的 探讨分析应用苦参胶囊联合吡美莫司乳膏(爱宁达软膏)治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎的临床效果。方法 70例面部激素依赖性皮炎患者， 随机分为对照组和研究组， 各35例。在面部冷喷治疗的基础上， 对照组患者予以爱宁达软膏治疗， 研究组患者予以苦参胶囊联合爱宁达软膏治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的生活质量影响评分、临床症状评分以及临床疗效。结果 治疗前， 两组患者生活质量影响评分、临床症状评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；治疗2、4周后， 两组生活质量影响评分、临床症状评分均较治疗前降低， 且研究组低于对照组， 差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率为80.00%， 明显高于对照组的34.29%， 差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 应用苦参胶囊联合爱宁达软膏对面部激素依赖性皮炎患者实施治疗， 可以取得明显的效果， 有助于促进患者预后， 具有极高的推广应用价值。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate and analyze clinical effect by Kushen capsules combined with pimecrolimus cream (Elidel cream) in the treatment of facial hormone dependent dermatitis patients. Methods A total of 70 patients with facial hormone dependent dermatitis were randomly divided into control group and research group， with 35 cases in each group. On the basis of facial cold spraying therapy， the control group received additional Elidel cream for treatment， whiel the research group received Kushen capsules combined with Elidel cream for treatment. Comparison was made on quality of life influencing scores， clinical symptoms scores and clinical effects before and after treatment between the two groups. Results Before treatment， there was no statistically significant difference of quality of life influencing score and clinical symptoms score between the two groups (P>0.05). After 2 and 4 weeks of treatment， both groups had lower quality of life influencing score and clinical symptoms score than those before treatment， and the research group had lower scores than the control group. Their difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). The research group had obviously higher total effective rate of treatment as 80.00% than 34.29% in the control group， and their difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Implement of Kushen capsules combined with Elidel cream for treatment of facial hormone dependent dermatitis patients provides remarkable effect. This method is helpful to accelerate prognosis in patients， and it contains high value for promotion and application.

近年來， 由于患者对外用药物或美容护肤产品成分及使用方法不了解， 错误使用或过量使用含激素类药物或美容产品， 导致面部激素依赖性皮炎发病率越来越高， 严重影响患者健康以及正常生活[1， 2]。如不对患者进行及时有效的处理， 将会严重影响患者外观， 甚至在其面部留下不可逆的皮肤损害， 严重影响患者的生活质量以及社会交往等[3， 4]。既往针对该类患者， 主要采用面部冷喷及杀菌类软膏外用等实施治疗， 尽管可以取得一定的效果， 但还不够令人满意[5]。爱宁达主要适用于无免疫受损轻度至中度异位性皮炎， 苦参胶囊具有清热燥湿、杀虫的功效， 用于湿疹、湿疮等可以有明显治疗效果[6]。本院积极开展该类研究， 探索分析应用苦参胶囊联合爱宁达软膏对面部激素依赖性皮炎患者实施治疗的临床效果， 取得了有价值的经验。现报告如下。, http://www.100md.com(赵晓岚 李振洁 李燕红)
