【摘要】 目的 研究自拟苓陈术甘汤与肛素栓内外结合治疗肛门潮湿的临床疗效。方法 122例肛门潮湿症患者随机分为治疗组62例和对照组60例。治疗组口服自拟的苓陈术甘汤并配合肛泰栓塞肛， 对照组只口服苓陈术甘汤治疗， 比较两组患者治疗效果。结果 治疗组显效率69.35%， 对照组显效率41.67%， 两组比较差异具有统计学意义(χ2=9.4752， P<0.01)。结论 肛门潮湿症采用自拟苓陈术甘汤与肛素栓内服外用结合治疗效果要明显优于单纯内服药物的治疗效果， 值得临床推广应用。
