【摘要】 目的 探讨超声在21及18三体综合征产前筛查中的应用价值。方法 回顾性分析55例21三体综合征及23例18三体综合征胎儿的产前超声声像图。结果 产前超声对21三体综合征的检出率为82%(45/55)；对18三体综合征的检出率为91%(21/23)。结论 产前超声作为一种无创、简便的检查方法， 对21及18三体综合征产前诊断具有重要意义。
