健脾通络汤治疗脾胃虚弱型慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效观察(1)
【摘要】 目的 分析健脾通络汤治疗脾胃虚弱型慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法 80例脾胃虚弱型慢性萎缩性胃炎患者， 随机分为对照组和实验组， 各40例。对照组患者给予常规西药(多潘立酮和硫糖铝)治疗， 实验组患者给予健脾通络汤治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果。结果 对照组治愈6例、显效11例、有效13例、无效10例， 总有效率为75.0%；实验组治愈14例、显效20例、有效4例、无效2例， 总有效率为95.0%。实验组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组， 差异具有统计学意义(χ2=6.2745， P<0.05)。治疗后， 实验组患者的慢性炎症、异型增生、腺体萎缩积分分别为(0.68±0.18)、(0.48±0.26)、(1.46±0.55)分， 均显著低于对照组的(1.42±0.33)、(1.14±0.31)、(2.41±0.85)分， 差异具有统计学意义(t=12.4506、10.3169、5.9346， P<0.05)。结论 在对脾胃虚弱型慢性萎缩性胃炎患者进行治疗时， 健脾通络汤治疗具有比较显著的临床效果， 能对患者的临床症状进行显著改善， 具有临床应用价值。

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze clinical effect by Jianpi Tongluo decoction in the treatment of spleen stomach deficiency type chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods A total of 80 patients with spleen stomach deficiency type chronic atrophic gastritis were randomly divided into control group and experimental group， with 40 cases in each group. The control group received conventional Western drug (domperidone and sucralfate) for treatment， and the experimental group received Jianpi Tongluo decoction for treatment. Curative effects were compared between the two groups. Results There were 6 cured cases， 11 excellent cases， 13 effective cases and 10 ineffective cases in the control group， with total effective rate as 75.0%. There were 14 cured cases， 20 excellent cases， 4 effective cases and 2 ineffective cases in the experimental group， with total effective rate as 95.0%. Conclusion In treating patients with spleen stomach deficiency type chronic atrophic gastritis， Jianpi Tongluo decoction contains significant clinical effect. This method can remarkably improve clinical symptoms in patients， and it contains value for clinical application.

慢性萎縮性胃炎是临床中发生率较高的消化系统疾病， 其病程较长， 迁延难愈， 癌变几率较高。在对慢性萎缩性胃炎患者进行治疗时， 中医治疗具有比较显著的优势， 利用辨证论治， 按照具体证型给予有针对性的中成药或方药治疗， 能对患者的临床症状进行有效改善， 对于癌前病变的防治非常重要[1-6]。本研究主要分析了健脾通络汤治疗脾胃虚弱型慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效， 现做总结如下。, 百拇医药(张瑞霞)
