【摘要】 目的 探索分析临床疑难配血的影响因素以及相应处置措施。方法 50例疑难配血患者， 由市中心血站血型室进行疑难配血试验， 共同进行回顾性分析患者输血前相关检查资料， 总结疑难配血发生的主要原因， 并实施相应预防对策。结果 导致疑难配血发生的主要原因为不规则抗体， 占32.00%；抗体减弱， 占22.00%；抗原减弱， 占20.00%；自身冷抗体， 占16.00%；ABO亚型， 占10.00%。结论 通过分析疑难配血产生因素后， 实施相应处置措施， 可确保输血安全。
