观察西瓜霜与造口粉治疗失禁相关性皮炎的临床疗效(1)
【摘要】 目的 观察西瓜霜与造口粉治疗失禁相关性皮炎的临床疗效。方法 30例失禁相关性皮炎患者， 随机分为对照组和观察组， 各15例。对照组单纯使用造口粉进行涂抹治疗， 观察组单纯采用西瓜霜喷剂外涂治疗。观察和比较两组患者愈合时间、治疗后患处皮炎的严重程度、临床疗效。结果 观察组愈合时间为(1.82±0.50)d， 明显短于对照组的(5.05±0.82)d， 差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组Ⅰ级皮炎患者明显多于对照组， 差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组临床总有效率(100%)明显高于对照组(60%)， 差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 西瓜霜治疗失禁相关性皮炎的临床疗效显著， 可明显提高治疗效果， 值得临床广泛应用以及推广。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of mirabilitum praeparatum and colostomy powder in the treatment of incontinence-associated dermatitis. Methods A total of 30 incontinence-associated dermatitis patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group， with 15 cases in each group. The control group received only colostomy powder for daub treatment， and the observation group received water mellon frost spray for coating treatment. Observation and comparison were made on healing time， severity of dermatitis at affected part after treatment and clinical curative effect in two groups. Results The observation group had obviously shorter healing time as (1.82±0.50) d than (5.05±0.82) d in the control group， and the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). The observation group had obviously more cases of grade Ⅰ dermatitis than the control group， and the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). The observation group had obviously higher clinical total effective rate (100%) than the control group (60%)， and the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Mirabilitum praeparatum shows significant clinical curative effect in treating incontinence-associated dermatitis， and it can obviously improve therapeutic effect. So it is worthy of clinical wide application and promotion.

失禁相關性皮炎属于临床新提出的概念， 指的是由于皮肤和尿液或者粪便长时间接触所引起的皮炎[1]。失禁相关性皮炎会使患者出现压疮、皮肤溃烂、感染等多种并发症， 不利于患者的预后， 甚至于导致患者死亡， 延长患者的治疗时间[2]。本研究采用西瓜霜和造口粉治疗失禁相关性皮炎患者， 效果显著， 现报告如下。
1 资料与方法
1. 1 一般资料 选取本院2016年6～12月收治的30例失禁相关性皮炎患者， 其中男18例， 女12例， 年龄最小23岁， 最大85岁， 平均年龄(59.5±10.5)岁。将患者随机分为对照组和观察组， 各15例。观察组男10例， 女5例， 年龄最小23岁， 最大83岁， 平均年龄(60.0±8.5)岁。对照组男8例， 女7例， 年龄最小25岁， 最大85岁， 平均年龄(59.0±9.8)岁。两组患者一般资料比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)， 具有可比性。, 百拇医药(刘红霞 邹亚美 叶慧恩 朱江红 刘美云)
