【摘要】 目的 探究双胎输血综合征的孕期处理及围生结局。方法 对31例双胎输血综合征患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 31例患者中， 7例选择终止妊娠， 4例选择期待疗法， 9例选择羊水减量术治疗， 11例实施羊膜中隔穿孔治疗；且研究发现， 羊膜中隔穿孔治疗患者新生儿存活>30 d的发生率(60.00%)略高于期待疗法患者(33.33%)、羊水减量术患者(42.86%)， 但组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 为提高胎儿存活率， 改善围生结局， 临床医师应结合双胎输血综合征患者的实际情况为其选择合适的治疗方法。
