【摘要】 目的 探讨解剖面神经下颌缘支在颌下腺切除手术中的意义。方法 106例行颌下腺切除手术患者， 根据手术方法不同分为A组(47例)与B组(59例)。A组采用不解剖面神经下颌缘支颌下腺切除手术， B组采用解剖面神经下颌缘支颌下腺切除手术， 观察并比较两组患者术后面神经损伤发生情况。结果 B组患者术后面神经损伤率6.78%(4/59)明显低于A组的36.17%(17/47)， 差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 颌下腺切除手术中解剖面神经下颌缘支可大大降低面神经损伤发生率。
