【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of minimally invasive intracranial hematoma drainage combined with mild hypothermia in the treatment of severe hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods A total of 110 patients with severe hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into control group and research group, with 55 cases in each group. The control group was treated with minimally invasive intracranial hematoma drainage, and the research group was treated with minimally invasive intracranial hematoma drainage combined with mild hypothermia. Observation and comparison were made on clinical effect, Barthel index (BI), Glasgow coma score (GCS), National Institutes of Health Stroke scale (NIHSS) Score before and after treatment in two groups. Results After treatment, the research group had obviously higher total effective rate as 90.91% than 70.91% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (χ2=7.122, P=0.008<0.05). Before treatment, both groups had no statistically significant difference in BI index, GCS score and NIHSS score (P>0.05). After treatment, the research group had obviously lower NIHSS score as (6.27±2.11) points than (12.97±3.70) points in the control group, and obviously higher BI index as (86.95±6.15) and GCS score (9.36±2.19) points than (76.66±5.54) and (7.34±2.10) points in the control group. Their difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Minimally invasive intracranial hematoma drainage combined with mild hypothermia shows affirmative efficacy in the treatment of severe hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage, and it has high safety and remarkable clinical value. It is worthy of promotion.
