【摘要】 目的 比较手术联合抗结核药物与单纯抗结核药物治疗空洞型肺结核的效果。方法 35例空洞型肺结核患者， 依据治疗方式不同分为A组(9例)和B组(26例)。A组患者采用手术联合抗结核药物治疗， B组患者采用单纯抗结核药物治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果 随访至今， A组患者好转率为100.0%， 显著高于B组的34.6%， 差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对于进展期空洞型肺结核， 手术联合抗结核药物治疗较单纯抗结核药物治疗能取得更显著的效果， 一旦有手术指征建议积极手术治疗， 术前或术后行药敏试验， 术后继续抗结核治疗至稳定期。
