【摘要】 缺铁性贫血(IDA)是体内铁缺乏导致血红蛋白合成减少， 临床上以小细胞低色素性贫血、血清铁蛋白减少和铁剂治疗有效为特点的贫血症。缺铁性贫血是小儿常见病， 严重威害儿童的身心健康。通过文献检索， 综述目前临床上主要采取的病因治疗、铁剂治疗、中医药治疗及输血治疗等治疗手段， 并对这些治疗手段进行横向分析， 从治疗效果、不良反应及改进方法等维度展开讨论， 以供临床参考。
