肺部良恶性病变鉴别应用双源CT双能量技术诊断的 价值分析(1)
【摘要】 目的 分析肺部良惡性病变鉴别应用双源CT双能量技术诊断的价值。方法 100例肺部实质病变者作为研究对象, 经手术病理证实后, 其中50例患者为肺部良性病变(对照组), 50例患者为肺癌(观察组)。两组患者均采用胸部常规CT和双能量增强扫描。比较两组患者动、静脉期的碘增加值、碘浓度和标准化碘浓度。结果 观察组患者静脉期标准化碘浓度(31.24±20.65)%显著高于对照组的(10.84±4.12)%, 差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者静脉期碘增加值高于动脉期碘增加值, 静脉期标准化碘浓度低于动脉期标准化碘浓度, 差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者动脉期碘浓度与静脉期碘浓度比较, 差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组患者动脉期碘增加值、碘浓度和标准化碘浓度与静脉期比较, 差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 肺部良恶性病变鉴别应用双源CT双能量技术诊断价值较高, 借助静脉期的碘增加值、标准化碘浓度等指标能有效判断肺部良恶性病变, 帮助临床医师尽快做出诊断并制定治疗措施, 值得临床推广及应用。

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the value of dual-source CT dual-energy technique in differentiating benign and malignant lung lesions. Methods A total of 100 cases of pulmonary parenchyma lesions as study subjects. After operation and pathology, 50 cases were benign lung lesions (control group) and 50 cases were lung cancer (observation group). Conventional CT and dual energy enhanced CT were performed in both groups. The iodine increment, iodine concentration and standardized iodine concentration at arterial and venous phase of the two groups were compared. Results The standardized iodine concentration at venous phase (31.24±20.65)% in the observation group was significantly higher than (10.84±4.12)% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). In the observation group, the iodine increment at venous phase was higher than that at arterial phase, and the standardized iodine concentration at venous phase was lower than that at arterial phase. Their difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). In the observation group, there was no statistically significant difference in iodine concentration at arterial and venous phase (P>0.05). In the control group, there was no statistically significant difference in iodine increment, iodine concentration and standardized iodine concentration at arterial and venous phase (P>0.05). Conclusion The dual-source CT dual-energy technique is of high value in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant lung diseases. With the help of the indexes such as iodine increment at the venous phase and the standardized iodine concentration, it can effectively judge the benign and malignant diseases of the lung, help the clinicians to make the diagnosis and formulate the treatment measures as soon as possible, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application., http://www.100md.com(段呼兵)
