v伊伐布雷定联合苓桂术甘汤治疗慢性心力衰竭的疗效观察(1)
【摘要】 目的 探討伊伐布雷定联合苓桂术甘汤治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床效果。方法 70例慢性心力衰竭患者， 随机分为治疗组和对照组， 各35例。对照组采用阿司匹林、血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂(ACEI)、美托洛尔、利尿剂等常规治疗， 治疗组在常规治疗基础上采用伊伐布雷定联合苓桂术甘汤治疗。观察比较两组患者的治疗效果、治疗前后心室率变化及心率控制达标率、治疗前后B 型脑钠肽(BNP)水平。结果 治疗组总有效率为88.6%， 明显高于对照组的65.7%， 差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后， 治疗组心室率少于对照组， 差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组心率控制达标率为94.3%高于对照组42.9%， 差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后， 两组BNP水平均低于治疗前， 且治疗组(631.2±25.6)pg/ml低于对照组的(1051.3±31.5)pg/ml， 差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 伊伐布雷定联合苓桂术甘汤治疗快慢性心力衰竭患者效果显著， 可有效降低患者的心率和BNP水平， 改善心功能， 值得临床应用推广。

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the clinical effect of ivabradine combined with Linggui Zhugan decoction on chronic heart failure. Methods A total of 70 patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into treatment group and control group， with 35 cases in each group. The control group received conventional therapy of aspirin， angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor (ACEI)， metoprolol and diuretics， and the treatment group received ivabradine combined with Linggui Zhugan decoction for treatment on the basis of conventional therapy. The therapeutic effect， changes in ventricular rate before and after treatment， compliance rate of heart rate control， and B-type natriuretic peptide (BNP) levels before and after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate was 88.6% in the treatment group， which was obviously higher than 65.7% in the control group， and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment， the ventricular rate in the treatment group was less than those in the control group， and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The compliance rate of heart rate control wsa 94.3% in the treatment group， which was higher than 42.9% in the control group， and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
