【摘要】 目的 总结老年上消化道出血的治疗方法及效果， 为临床治疗老年上消化道出血提供依据。方法 88例老年上消化道出血患者， 给予一般处理、应用止血药物、补充血容量及其他止血措施、支持治疗， 如治疗效果欠佳， 转外科手术治疗。观察治疗效果。结果 88例患者中， 救治成功75例， 死亡13例， 死亡率为14.8%。结论 老年上消化道出血患者及早做出正确诊断， 明确病因已经出血部位， 并给予积极有效的治疗非常重要。
