【摘 要】 随着子宫切除术在产科临床的重要使用，子宫切除术在产科中愈发受到重视。综合近年来产科急症中子宫切除术的临床资料进行系统性的分析，得出结果是急症子宫切除术中多例发生在剖宫产术后，少例发生在阴道分娩后。产科急症子宫切除术指征为子宫大出血，其中胎盘因素是最主要的手术指征，占43.5%；其次是子宫收缩乏力。急症子宫切除术是抢救子宫大出血，降低产妇病死的关键措施，研究子宫切除术的应用实施有着非常必要的作用及意义。本文对产科临床中急症子宫切除术的应用进行了分析和探讨。
