摘要：目的分析和研究纤支镜灌洗液结核菌培养的结果和其耐药性情况。方法将本院2015年2月到2017年3月期间收治的488例患者纳入分析对象，予以回顾性分析，采取分枝杆菌快速培养法对罗氏培养基予以培养，并开展药敏试验，观察培养结果及药敏试验结果。结果488例患者纤支镜灌洗液结核菌培养结果中，120例阳性，占24.59%，其中，110例结核分枝杆菌，6例非结合分枝杆菌，4例牛型结核分枝杆菌。结核分枝杆菌对异烟肼、利福平、链霉素、氧氟沙星、氨基水杨酸、乙胺丁醇的耐药率依次是15.45%、12.73%、7.27%、6.36%、3.64%、2.73%。结论开展纤支镜灌洗液结核菌培养有助于诊断结核病，通过药敏试验则可以合理选取抗菌药物予以治疗。
