difference induce factors(injury of limb,prolonged surgery in the lithotomy,Hypotension,Introgenic etal)during surgery.May be developed lower extremity compartment syndrome(CS).It can cause significant disability if not treated early.This article for monitoring and the effect of different factors on dignosis related to CS were review.
