彩色多普勒超声对下肢动脉血栓形成的诊断(1)
【摘要】目的评价彩色多普勒超声对下肢动脉血栓形成的诊断价值。方法对41例经手术证实的下肢动脉血栓患者应用彩色多普勒超声检测各段动脉内血栓的发生部位、类型、表现及其血管壁粥样硬化程度及血流状态。结果彩色多普勒超声诊断下肢动脉血栓的符合率达100%,血栓发生部位以腘动脉及股动脉较多见。结论彩色多普勒超声能够实时、方便、快捷、准确地评价下肢动脉血栓形成以及下肢动脉粥样硬化及其并发症的病变程度及特点,可为手术方案的选择提供直观、准确的影像学依据。 【关键词】

【Abstract】ObjectiveTo estimate the value of CDFI used in the diagnosis of in the lower extremities.Methods41 cases with thrombosis proved by surgery having been examined by ultrasonic equipments to find the sites,types,manifestations ofthrombosis,and the degree of atherosclerosisand the state of blood flow.ResultsAllcases of arterialthrombosis found in the lower extremites by CDFI conformed with operation.Most of the sites of thrombosis foundin popliteal and femoral arteries.ConclusionCDFI can be used to diagnose thrombosis in the lower extremities in real-time,easily,rapidly,and exactedly and can be used as aconvenientmethod to offer exact data for surgeons. ......
