分娩期子宫外产时处理的麻醉(1)
【摘要】子宫外产时治疗是基于“视胎儿为患者”这一理念而建立在胎儿手术与母体剖宫产术基础上的技术。此手术的关键点在于继续维持脐带对胎儿的供血与供氧,而术中胎儿的麻醉也将主要通过脐带从母体获得。此类手术的麻醉处理更是决定手术成败的重中之重。作者采用静吸复合全麻成功的为两例妊娠妇女实施了分娩期EXIT,术后母婴均存活。【关键词】

【Abstract】Ex-utero intrapartum treatment(EXIT)is a technology based on the ideal “Fetus as a patient”.The key of the operation is to be continue keeping the oxygen and blood through the umbilical,even the anesthesia the fetus would be get from its mother.So,the successful anesthesia is more important to the operation.We have two successful cases EXIT under inhalation anesthesia,the infants and mothers are all exist.
